TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms governs your use of, and purchases from, the domain “corneliasun.com” and will be valid for all your future transactions with Cornelia Sun and visits to the site. By making a purchase from, or using the site you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and entered into a binding agreement with Cornelia Sun.

Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms when using our site. Cornelia Sun reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions and users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

  • Cornelia Sun intend to send the order confirmation to the customer no later than 72 hours after Cornelia Sun has received an order. However, if an order is placed on Friday or public holiday, Cornelia Sun will try to confirm this no later than at 18:00 next working day. 

  • Cornelia Sun is certified by secure e-commerce and follows their rules and regulations for distance.

  • Cornelia Sun does not handle cash purchases for persons under 16 years and no credit purchases for persons under 18 years old.

  • Cornelia Sun is reserved for errors in stock level as well as any image and writing errors at the webshop, such as errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. Cornelia Sun has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time.

ORDER PROCESS

Once you make a purchase with us, Cornelia Sun will send you an automatically generated purchase confirmation to the email address that you entered in the customer data form during checkout. The purchase is complete when you receive the purchase confirmation from us. In case you did not receive an email from us after your purchase was placed, please contact us immediately at info@corneliasun.se

In order to save our planet’s resources, we only send a digital receipt of your purchase to the email you provided us with. In case you need a printed receipt of your purchase, please reach out to us at info@corneliasun.se


RESALE POLICY
By placing an order you agree that that item purchased is for personal use only and not for resale.

PAYMENT
Cornelia Sun accepts credit or debit card payments via Visa and MasterCard. Pay Pal is also an option if you prefer to make an online payment. In some countries we offer invoice payments and direct debit options through our payment provider Klarna. Klarna is a 3D secure, PCI certified, encrypted payment system that processes all payments for Cornelia Sun. By placing your order on our website you agree to Klarna’s User Terms and confirm that you have read Klarna’s Privacy Notice. Extra charges from Klarna may apply depending on the payment method, but will be stated during checkout. Charges by Klarna for late payments may apply.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We´re happy to ship worldwide and this is the delivery methods available with estimated arrival time:

  • Sweden: Standard delivery in 3-5 days
  • International shipping: Standard delivery 3-10 days 
Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays

SHIPPING COST

100 SEK within Sweden, regardless of weight and volume. 
150 SEK outside Sweden, regardless of weight and volume. 
Including a tracking number. 

We are not responsible for any custom charges for orders outside of Sweden.

Delivery options
Cornelia Sun send smaller items with PostNords service “Varubrev”. Larger items will be sent with PostNords service “EMS International Express”. 
Please note for international orders you may be charged additional customs and duties. To get an estimate of what these charges may be you can use an Import Duty Calculator like this one. Or contact your local import and duties office. We charge 200 SEK for a package that is not picked up.

Taxes and duties
By placing an order at Cornelia Sun, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Cornelia Sun. This also applies to any shipments that ar refused by you at delivery. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, it is not our responsibility for missing or damaged packages. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that Cornelia Sun states the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


RETURNS

Please contact Cornelia Sun before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Cornelia Sun and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. Contact: info@corneliasun.se

Return conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied

Credit will not be issued for all items purchased on sale. This items are non-returnable

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Cornelia Sun suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping (to Stockholm, Sweden).  

Cornelia Sun will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning a package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Cornelia Sun is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return processing
Once Cornelia Sun has received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email adress listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cornelia Sun (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Transport damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. By placing an order at Cornelia Sun, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Cornelia Sun. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.


Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Cornelia Sun reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
